2021 Thanksgiving Decor
Hi friends!
I hope you’ve had a wonderful and cozy weekend! I spent mine putting away all the Halloween decor and decorating for Thanksgiving. I’m curious, do you decorate for Thanksgiving, or do you go straight to Christmas? I LOVE Christmas, but I think it’s fun to decorate for each holiday.

2021 Halloween Costumes
Hey friends!
How are you doing today? Yesterday was the perfect day to curl up on the couch with a warm beverage and watch Halloween movies. Did I do that? I wish! I am a little disappointed I did not. Instead, I spent the day getting frustrated with technology. However, it had been on my To-Do List to figure out our new printer and back up photos/videos to my external hard drive. Thankfully, after many hours I finished! :) It feels so good to check that off my list.

Pumpkin Painting: Cruella De Vil
Hello friends!
I hope you are all having a beautiful start to your week. One of my favorite activities to do in the Fall is to paint pumpkins! I enjoy carving pumpkins too, but I find painting to be therapeutic. Plus I love coming up with a different idea every year. As you can probably guess by the title, this year I created a Cruella-inspired pumpkin! I loved 101 Dalmations as a child, and the new Cruella movie is just as good!

Pumpkin Patch Adventures
Hey friends!
I hope you are having a beautiful weekend! Kent and I have an exciting but busy weekend planned. We have a couple of birthdays we are celebrating and a baby shower! Lots of exciting stuff is happening around here. A couple of weeks ago, Kent and I made our annual trip to the pumpkin patch. We typically like to go at night because we enjoy going through all the haunted attractions, but the wait times are brutal. This year we decided to go during the day, and we had a great time!

Colorado Trip
Hey friends!
A couple of weeks ago, Kent and I took a trip to Colorado to celebrate our second anniversary! It was the perfect little getaway. We stayed in Denver but spent time in and around Colorado Springs. I have never seen the mountains before, and now that I have, I’m in love! The scenery was beautiful! Growing up in the Midwest, the most “scenic” view I’ve witnessed here are the never-ending cornfields… Haha :) Needless to say, Colorado will forever hold a piece of my heart.

I’m happy to report that we finally have this completed! It took me a while to figure out how I wanted to decorate. Once I had my ideas, they started to come together. I will be sharing the reveal and that process in a post later this month. However, I wanted to give you all a sneak peek of the DIY wine bottle decor I did for this space. I had not intended on doing any DIYs, but once I saw an inspo pic on Pinterest, I was excited!
