2021 Halloween Decor
Hey friends,
I hope you have all had a wonderful week. I apologize this post wasn’t up sooner. I was having a tough week and feeling discouraged. Last week and this week have been a little chaotic. I feel like I have a million tabs open right now in my head. To be completely transparent, I’m overwhelmed. Don’t get me wrong; I love this community. There is nothing I enjoy more than creating inspiring content for you all. However, I’d be lying if I said it didn’t get hard at times. I work a 9 to 5 job, and that requires a lot of my time. I try not to put too much pressure on myself, but it’s easier said than done. I have to remind myself that it’s all in God’s timing. It’s His will, not mine. Right now, my goal is to continue doing what I can and letting God take care of the rest. I hope you guys are enjoying these posts, and if there is anything you would like to see, let me know in the comments! :)
With that said, I am VERY excited to share my Halloween decor! Those close to me know this is my favorite holiday! I’m all about the spooky season so bring on the skeletons, spiders, and ghosts because this chica is ready! Leave a comment below and let me know which room is your favorite. You can also watch the Halloween Decorate With Me video here.
FRONT PORCH
LIVING ROOM
I legit have arachnophobia, but for some twisted reason, I love decorating with spiders for Halloween! Are you guys afraid of spiders too?
DINING ROOM/KITCHEN
How adorable is this Halloween Disney mug? I found it at HomeGoods for only $5! If you turn it around, it says “Happy Halloween” on the other side.
OFFICE
I love this little guy! My mother-in-law made him, and I think he is the cutest thing ever! :)
BATHROOM
Target has some woven pumpkins this year that I wish I would have picked up. However, at my store, they were picked over. I needed the small ones, and all they had left were large ones. They would have gone perfectly with the beach theme!
BEDROOM
BASEMENT
Meet Jon Bone Jovi! He’s the newest member of the fam! ;) He doesn’t eat much, and is practically skin and bones! ;) We believe he takes after his father in this category, but we love him regardless. He loves to talk and if you want to hear what he has to say make sure to check out the Halloween Decorate video over on YouTube! :)
GARAGE
You wouldn’t think of decorating your garage; however, there is a story behind this bat sign. While Kent and I were shopping one day, we saw this sign. Kent jokingly said we should put it in our garage. If you didn't know, Kent and I moved into our home two years ago on Halloween. We noticed that we were having a problem with bats getting in our garage. We even had one fly in the house! Therefore, when Kent mentioned the idea of putting this in the garage, I was sold! The way we see it is why not try and make peace with the bats, right? Haha! :)
Anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed this post and got lots of inspiration from it! I will be sharing our 2021 pumpkin patch visit in my next post. Also, stay tuned for our Halloween costumes and pumpkin painting ideas. Those will be coming up sometime next week!
Have a beautiful weekend, friends.
Unleash your inner sparkle!
Love, Brandi
