4th of July Home Tour
“Free to sparkle!”
Hey friends!
Today, I am very excited to be sharing my 4th of July Home Tour with all of you! I had planned to have this post up a week ago, but I was waiting on a few purchases to come in the mail. What do you guys typically do for the 4th? When I was younger, my mom always took my sister and me to the big firework show our town puts on. My mom LOVED getting there hours early. Luckily, she’d bring along coloring books or word searches to keep us kids preoccupied until it got dark. I’m excited for the day when Kent and I have children to start our own little traditions, but until then let’s get on with the decorations! :)
OUTSIDE
I love how easy it is to transform our front yard for the 4th! I literally swapped out the garden flag, added a couple of small flags and pinwheels, and we were set! Sometimes, it’s even the smallest decor can make such a big difference.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is always one of my favorite spots to decorate! It’s where we spend the most time and the first thing our guests see when they walk in. This area has the most windows and I love how bright it looks when the natural light floods in!
DINING ROOM
KITCHEN
The center counter in our kitchen is always the perfect spot for decorations! I bought this 3 piece USA sign from Target’s Dollar Spot last year, and I love how festive it makes the kitchen feel!
OFFICE
I recently picked up the white candle holders and I’m having a lot of fun learning how to decorate with them. They came in a pack of 3 and I got them from Amazon! I will link them down below if you’re interested in snagging some for yourself!
BATHROOM
It might seem silly to decorate in the bathroom, but we recently added this floating shelf in here and I think it’s perfect for smaller decor pieces like these two wooden stars that I picked up at Hobby Lobby.
BASEMENT
I found these darling pillows at Kirkland’s on sale! I thought they complemented our couch downstairs perfectly! I will try and link these below too!
Which area is your favorite? Let me know in the comments! I hope this post inspires you to add some red, white, and blue to your home too! Stay tuned for some more 4th of July posts coming soon! :)
Love, Brandi
P.S. I started a YouTube channel! If you would like to watch the Home Tour over there make sure to head on over to the YouTube page for more details! :)
