2021 Easter Decor

Easter Decor.png

Hi Friends!

Easter is just around the corner and I just had to get on here and share this year’s decor with all of you! I don’t know about you guys, but I feel like Easter really snuck up on me this year. With it being earlier this year, I felt like I was scrambling to go from St. Patrick’s Day to Easter. Although, what’s great about Easter is a lot of the decor can transition into Spring Decor which is a win in my book! Anyway, enough rambling, let’s take a look at the decor! :)

MASTER BEDROOM

I almost always keep things simple in our bedroom when adding in any seasonal decor. I like for our bedroom to maintain the romantic/cozy vibe so I try to stick to pieces that complement the color scheme but still go with the season. I decided to put this pretty pink floral arrangement on my nightstand along with this cute sign that I picked up at Hobby Lobby this year. I thought the pink helped brighten our room for spring, but also still went with the colors in our bedroom.

BATHROOM

Similar to the master bedroom, I like to keep things simple in our bathroom too. I don’t want too much decor that it looks cluttered. I also try to not stray too far from the beach theme we have in there, but I couldn’t resist adding in these colorful hand towels :)

You’ll notice a blue bunny theme going on in this room. Haha! We have blue curtains in here and so I usually try to find blue decor to tie the room’s theme together. On our bookshelf, I placed this mason jar centerpiece that I repurposed. I originally made this for a friend’s baby shower I hosted a couple of years ago, but have reused it for several different occasions. I added in a bunny pic and placed a couple of styrofoam bunnies next to it. I found the bigger one at Hobby Lobby and the smaller one I removed from one of the pics that I had.

On the desk, I added a couple of new ceramic items I picked up this year. The first is this gorgeous blue bunny and I put it next to this blue candle my mother-in-law gave me. I’ve been meaning to find a white candle holder to break up some of the blue, but haven’t found any that I like. The second is this adorable blue truck. I also found a miniature ceramic bunny that just so happened to fit perfectly in the back of the truck.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM

Target always has the cutest stuff, and I fell in love when I saw this egg holder! I plan to use it when we dye Easter eggs. But for now, I have craft eggs in it. It also makes for a cute table centerpiece! On the side of the pantry, I put up this cute “Welcome” sign. I love the bunny design on it! The kitchen is full of pastels, and I’m all for it! In the corner, I added another mason jar with a bunny pic. I placed my Easter sign in front of it. Over on the other counter, I added some sparkle with my new “Welcome Spring” sign and put it between my sparkly bunny stands. Lastly, my kitchen would not be complete without my seasonal hand towels! I added a couple on my stove that I had from last year and a new one over by the sink.

This room is also full of color! I had so much fun decorating in here! The floating shelves are a game-changer, and it's been fun decorating them for the different holidays. I placed my ceramic bunnies on them and this adorable coffee cup that I found at Target for $3! To balance everything out, I added a small floral, along with a personalized pink egg my mother found for me.

On the couch, I added a soft and cozy throw blanket. I love that it has so many Spring colors in it and thought it was the perfect addition to tie in all the pastels. On our coffee table, I used another mason jar for my centerpiece and then scattered Easter eggs around it, and you best believe I got sparkly eggs ;)

Over on the other side of the room, I decided to hang this fun garland I found at Hobby Lobby. I added a couple of hanging signs on the doors that I had from last year too. I also placed a glass candy dish over by the TV to add some extra pops of color.

BASEMENT

I recently picked up a few new items for the basement that I am excited to share with you. I picked up these gorgeous mint green throw pillows along with this oatmeal-colored throw blanket. I decided to add some pink down here because I loved how beautiful the pink and mint green looked against the neutrals. I went ahead and put another pink floral as our centerpiece down here and then grabbed this floral garland I had from last year and set it on the ledge behind our couch. When I stepped back to examine my work, I was thoroughly surprised at how much I loved it! It’s giving me some major secret garden vibes. Haha!

OUTDOORS

One thing I look forward to as we dive deeper into Spring is planting flowers! We haven’t bought any yet, so our yard is not as colorful as I would like it to be, but I did put out my Easter garden flag and changed our door wreath to our Spring one. I wasn’t 100% sure if I liked this wreath up against our red door. When I bought it last year, our door was still white. I think it works for this year, but I might look for something more complimentary next year. Let me know in the comments if you like the wreath with the red door. I always love hearing other ideas :)

That is all of my Easter Decor for this year! I hope you enjoyed this post, and it gave you some inspiration to unleash your inner sparkle :) Stay tuned for my next post, where I’ll be sharing my mom’s Easter decor for some extra inspiration!

Love, Brandi
